While trying to play blog catch up, I somehow missed posting about our 25th Wedding Anniversary. 9~15~1990. We did not get to celebrate properly as I was still recovering from major surgery. Now, six months later we are trying to plan a weekend getaway! 25 years, kudos to us! In a time where divorce is the easy way out, we always took the road less traveled. But, although we have had struggles, because what marriage doesn't, divorce has never been even a thought. Our marriage started on a strong foundation. After three years of dating, we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. Today, we can honestly say that we are best friends, partners for life.
