I had the pleasure of accompanying Brian on a business trip in March! Los Angeles, Hollywood, and several pacific coast beaches! It was so nice to get away with him and spend some much needed time together! I was totally relaxed, and other than missing my boys, I wanted to stay longer.  We often get caught up living our lives, being parents, and 1 million other things that we forget to make time to remember why we fell in love in the first place!

I love Spring! I love seeing the trees bud, the grass coming in, and the flowers blooming! Spring brings freshness and hope to the world! A few pictures of my yard welcoming Spring!

I have a new sister!

One of my younger brothers, Wes, was married in February in the Philipines. He met his new bride in Japan while working. So happy for him that he has found his soul mate! Wish I could have been there!  She is so beautiful and loves him very much! Congrats Emie and Wes!

Six months past due!

Well. I didn't intentionally ignore my blog, but computer issues have kept me away! I cannot post pictures in blog via laptop, as it says my software is no longer blog compatible, and am technically challenged in that area!  Not only that, but can't figure out how to post pictures as well from my Ipad. So this post is a test to see if I can somehow maneuver around on my Ipad! More catch ups soon!

Hello 2014!

Goodbye 2013!  We celebrated the New Year quietly at home.  We ate, laughed, enjoyed the hot tub and was barely hanging on waiting for midnight!

2013 was a pretty much uneventful year for us which is definitely not a bad thing!  Other than the occasional trip to the ER for ripped off toes and cut hands, or ongoing health problems, no major events plagued our year.  Nonetheless, it's always nice to bid farewell and welcome the new!

Seems like yesterday, seems like a lifetime, all at the same time.  Our baby boy we tried so hard for, a rough pregnancy, uncertain if he'd have health issues, but God blessed us with a perfect baby boy!  He completed our family and has brought such joy to our lives!  Even at 15, he is the sweetest, most loving, considerate young man.  Just when we thought our hearts were full, he always shows us there is room for more!
